You make all the decisions! Decide what dates and times work best for your organization and assign a coordinator(s) to be our primary point of contact for all things Legacy. While on location, we work various hours to ensure all of your members are photographed efficiently. We also offer an online scheduler for members to sign up on to take the burden away from the coordinator.

We will provide every department with flyers and posters to advertise the program. We also send a series of emails to the coordinator to forward to all of the members so that every person is well informed going into the photography dates. The success of the Legacy Album Program typically falls solely on a good coordinator(s). We want to give them all of the tools to succeed! Having a dedicated person or committee will guarantee a great looking product.

When on location, our photographer and salesperson team will photograph each member, show them their images and explain our packages. They can order any of our specialty products as well as our standard packages at this time. Coupons only apply while on location so we highly encourage members to purchase while our staff is at your department. Prices will increase following the photography sessions. Please keep in mind that members are under no obligation to order or can wait until the proof is sent home 4-6 weeks following the photography session.
