A sitting is an appointment where you are photographed on a series of sets. All sittings include your formal yearbook pose as well as casual poses. Check out pages 2-13 of the Senior Magazine to get ideas of the sets your school may have selected to be photographed on.
As soon as you get the dates we will be photographing at your school! Time slots do book up, so signing up first ensures that you get the time and date that is most convenient for you. Make sure to let your friends know you’ve signed up and if they sign up with you, you can have photos taken together.
Go to www.peachtreeportraits.com, click on school division, seniors and select your school. You will have to select your sitting, date and time and follow the prompts. Make sure to print out your confirmation page as a reminder for your records.
You will pay for your sitting fee online while you schedule your senior portrait appointment.
Deadline for yearbook pose selection is September 1st. If you have not made your selection by September 1st, a Peachtree Portraits employee will select your pose for you. Please keep in mind that having your photo taken during the summer ensures that you will have the opportunity to select your pose. There is no guarantee of yearbook pose selection for students photographed once school starts.
Sit fees apply to the taking, editing and basic retouching of all images. In purchasing a sit fee, seniors will receive an instructional proof that enables them to go online to select their own yearbook poses and view their images. No prints or packages are included.
Bring as many outfits and accessories as you can carry. Make sure to bring items that are special to you, like a sports ball, trophy, musical instrument, favorite pet, car, art, anything that makes you, you!
We’ll be sending additional information in the mail and via email so keep a look out!
